When I was growing up, life purpose wasn’t part of my vocabulary. I knew I needed to study something and work but how would I decide what that something would be? I didn’t have a process so I simply looked at what my family did. I tried several of their careers and after many years of struggling, it became obvious that none of them were the right fit for me. Before I figured out the path to my purpose, I felt stuck in the same chapter of my life for so long.

I was looking for meaning and needed more enjoyment in the work I did. With support, I dove deep into self discovery and healing and learned that my talents and skills could be shared in a way that was unique to me. I finally felt free, at ease, full of energy, creativity and joy. Going through this journey and experiencing the difference it made in my life compelled me to share what I learned with others. I became a certified yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and life purpose coach. Since then, I have had the privilege of showing people just like you how to figure out what they were meant to do with their lives. I’d love to show you as well.
